Lifting systems and larger lifting devices are often used in the manufacture and maintenance of large vehicles (railways).
Lubrication
Lubrication of the lifting spindle and the bearings of the electric motors
Challenges
- Environment: partially used in a damp environment (e.g. in car washes)
- Technical: high power transmission via the spindles. Irregular operation of electric motors
- Installation: often there is little space to install the lubricant dispenser
Benefits
- Fresh lubricant is supplied continuously and in the required amount
- With manual lubrication, lifting spindles are lubricated with too much lubricant and with a lot of effort.
Solution
Due to the limited space, the lubricators often have to be installed separately. The simalubes are connected to the lubrication point either by means of a hose or extensions.
